Im thinging it has taken them a month to find interested parties for the recent 25M parcel. Therefore the only way they will place remainder is to run the stock up to entice new investors. We had a string of announcements prior the RI and now nothing,not even a little update.The big guys are still loading up at this level, technicals looks beautiful, market remains positive, so wont be long now and those announcements will start flowing to draw in some bargain price placement sharks. Looking good imo
