Patrys Raises a Further $1.3 Million
Melbourne, Australia; 14 January, 2013:
Patrys Limited (ASX: PAB; Company) is pleased to confirm that it has raised a further $1,275,000 before costs through the placement of 25,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.05 per share as part of the shortfall from the recent Rights Issue.

This initial shortfall placement was made to a select number of clients of Azure Capital Ltd and BBY Ltd in response to immediate demand received following the closing of the Rights Issue in December 2013.

In accordance with the ASX Listing Rules the Company has 3 months from the date the Rights Issue closed (11 December 2013) to place any shortfall and is continuing to work with Azure Capital Ltd and BBY Ltd on the placement of the remaining 119,934,297 shortfall shares.

The new shares will be entered into the holders’ security holdings on 14 January 2014 with trading of the new shares commencing on 15 January 2014.
