Im happy for otto to offer some incentive to a drilling partner if this fast tracks the farmout process and still ensures otto are free carried. This is a major positive if they can plan to get this drilled late 2014 or early 2015. Those waiting on the sidelines will now have to pay a premium lets see what that will be after today.
