of particular interest to me is the second report by Dr Howard Brady, as it notes the following:

"Barrack Mining endured costly delays in the development of a Saudi mine because its mining plan simply followed Western Australian explosive regulations and this
divergence was ignored during construction and then delayed mining start-up. Alara is more than on-top of these
regulations".

so that's another skeleton cleaned out of the closet.

also, Dr Brady suggests that with 55% institutional investors, and 160 shareholders holding 92% of the company, there is need for a wider share register, and in this respect he sees the allotment of shares for the Manajem directors as an asset in that it will draw in more investors from the middle east.


all in all a very well thought out analysis definitely worth a read.
