A bit of sloppy wording -' at this time this translates to 5.75%p.a..' Is CDU currently paying 5.75%p.a.?
On the numbers they've provided that would only be true if the whole facility was currently fully drawn. Either that or there is a missing fee. They can't possibly have drawn down the full facility. So have they got their words wrong or is there something else missing?
Also is the facility commitmemt fee a one-off? Per annum?
Numbers look ok to me either way, reasonable deal, but they really need to smarten up with their market comms.
