    So there is not enough dso to finance this project.

    And the jewel box has been raided.

    Divs are over the horizon... out of sight.... unless the loan is used for that purpose...(idea),... or a buyback.

    Worstcase,
    A default on the loan ,result ?

    Definitely sell on news ,again !
