The whole of the amount in question is only of about $300k dollars. A far cry of what Lawyers will charge for fees in preparing and/or modifying those documents alone.

What is $300k dollars in the scheme of things when the costs to us in delaying the issue of raising funds could amounts in the many many millions of dollars.??
