ASIC had been onto PDY and probably the deal that size ($6.5 Billion) they would want more clarity. Since WA Govt may be (or is) involved, if this is a scam perpetrated by PDY...few are going to be behind bars! I was suggesting before that in the scheme of things, this is actually good for all investors of CDB.....whatever is put up better be clear, they may take up few additional weeks if need be for the closure of finance Ann :-)

CDB funding, as you are aware, is much smaller in size...however I am not sure if the financiers are the same!
