Are the options underwritten by Pato's or not?
People here are saying they won't get their $2m if they aren't in the money, however they will if its underwritten by Pato's regardless of the price. That would be the only thing to support claims that there is this apparent price manipulation currently happening.
If they aren't underwritten then there's no point of any price manipulation for anyone besides dilution but considering the price is below the option issue, this again wouldn't be an issue.
