Jan was different current SP was above what Pattos bought in at and they also got to flogg off before we knew about the increase in SPP takings so that dilution was factored in by the market. Now they'd be paying almost a 30% premium to market priceand then need to pump hard to get out in front.
I'm also not saying they aren't interested I'm just presenting an alternate view that it is possible they won't take up their right to underwrite the options.
