where did you get those prices?..
Recent sale from US Federal Helium Reserve stated "at a price of $95 per thousand cubic feet (Mcf) at 14.65 psi and 60 degrees Fahrenheit."
It is hard to tell exactly what grade is being purchased in any of the Fed sales. I suspect that it is for crude helium which is nominally 70% helium
