IMO its because this announcement is no different from the previous. There are still no details although It is a very enticing announcement. Perhaps some details on rail and port + actual dates for DSO etc, now that would really get the market interested.

Be careful what you wish for... Perhaps the locals will discover this mine is the resting site of the rainbow serpent. Call Rocklands a site of significant cultural importance, fence it off and turn it into a museum.
