I like the fact they they will own this technology, but where is the details ......?????

do they own 50% of it? how soon to get up and running? is it already on the way? who participated in placement? why issue options that are already in the money? hmmmm .... pretty ordinary after a two day halt; their pr company is not advising them too well.

Premier Bionics Ltd undertakes placement to fund development of
mass casualty trauma simulator with leading Israeli hospital
8th December 2005: The Directors of Premier Bionics Limited wish to announce a placement of
5.0 million new shares (PBI) and 2.5 million options (PBIO), at an issue price of 25 cents for both
the share and option package to raise a total of $1.25 million. The funds are being raised under the
15% rule and, as a result, the placement is not subject to shareholder approval. The new funds will
be used by the company’s subsidiary, Medic Vision Pty Ltd to accelerate the development of a
mass trauma simulator, which is to be developed in conjunction with Hadassit, the technology and
commercialisation arm of Hadassah hospital in Jerusalem, which specializes in trauma
management, and treating victims of mass casualty trauma events. Commenting on the
announcement Hadasit CEO, Mr Rafi Hofstein stated that Hadassit and Hadassah were delighted
to be working together with Medic Vision in this joint venture.
In the US the cost of delivering trauma care is approaching $260 billion pa *. This, combined with
the additional cost of preparedness for mass trauma is a substantial cost. The Directors of Premier
Bionics Limited consider that current methods of training in mass trauma consisting of reenactments
and role play are limited in deployment and do not easily provide for multiple
scenarios. A more cost effective and easily deployable training simulation is required as a next
    generation training tool.
Following the recent series of announcements concerning sales in Hong Kong, China and Macau,
additional funds will also be directed to increasing sales and marketing resources aimed at taking
advantage of the large pipeline of opportunities which currently exist for the Medic Vision
products and services, particularly in Asia.
