Agree.. they don't even tell us the terms of the options. Are they the listed options, expiring in 12 months with a conversion price of 20 cents or do the Israeli's get a better offer?
Methinks there will be one or two follow up announcements before the end of this year which will get the sp rolling - just to persuade the new supporters that they are getting value for their $1.25million. My assumption is that today's deal is largely the work of Director Henry Pinskier. We still await news of the achievements of Horley and Clegg in the UK.
