    If you read the ann. it clearly says. "equity raising for the 100% acquisition....". Equity raising is the AIM listing.

    If they were finding money to self fund they would have said "Debt raising for the 100% acquisition..."

    Anyone here know the diference between equity and debt capital ? (apart from you NTx and DS)
