of course we know the equity raising is the AIM listing you arrogant schmuck.
The question remains how big is the raising going to be and how much dilution is it going to entail.
As I said, I don't object to issuing equity for the Consort takeover, but i would prefer Range to get free carries in HC JVs or use the money from signature fees, rather than issuing additional scrip.
