    What's in it for Stark if they win? They have effectively bought CMQ for $60mill. They would have known when they financed CMQ that the company was pretty much stuffed - not really sure why they financed CMQ. Either Stark really wants CMQ and can see value in their products or they may do a deal with IFCA.
    My personal feeling is that IFCA was used an escape measure for some of CMQ's shareholders to sell their shares at any cost on what appeared to be news too good to be true. I also believe that Stark always wanted the CMQ intellectual property and facility and they were prepared to pay $60mill for it. Now they are trying to liquidate CMQ ASAP to stop the rest of the money being spent so they keep some of their cash when the company becomes theres. Wouldn't surprise me if a large biotech/pharmaceutical company is behind the Start fundraising initiative over the past year.

    Time will tell
