My thoughts are whoopdy doo! Because if that is so, why the hell was the placement not at a higher price with less dilution? Of course instos are going to be interested whenever their holding percentage is greatly threatened.
Also, why are holders only allowed to OK the retail offer and not the institutional placement?
Also, does Tim Gooch really expect us to believe him now after he said, "shareholders will not be disappointed", when the share price tanks 15% in 2 days? Still waiting for that non-disappointing announcement Tim...
Is anyone else planning on venting their spleen at the EGM?
