Chops - I'm fairly on HC and have been watching this thread with interest, I hold VRE and was really annoyed when they suspended trade at the end of the fin' year. Ultimately for a weak reason. Seemed to me like they had little regard for their shareholders.
Anyway - I reckon the SP has held up pretty well considering the offer and the market. Profits lie ahead!
