    The 'needed $4 mil to buy a house' doesn't really make sense to me unless he wanted to pay cash for his new house. But then why would you do that when you could get a loan @ 8% interest. I at least hope that Fox will return more than 8% per annum!!!! Who buys a house with cash anyways!!!!
