Scooter..............I read something maybe a month or so ago, Streeter is looking at projects overseas, so maybe the money is needed elsewhere............he would have his finger on the pulse of all his holdings, maybe he is selling WSA to make double the money somewhere else? There are a lot of variables. Just my opinion? and I am no expert..
