Yes, my reluctance to get back in to GRK will be easily overcome when I get answers to the questions you raise (and I thank you for drawing my attention to these issues in the first place). Were there any of the GRK people at the hot rocks conference? I suppose there must have been - what a golden (or green) opportunity to ask such questions.
