I see Gesaf have put through a proposal - but do we really want them in? - maybe if they pay for the losses incurred from all their delays.......cash in the door already - original 2nd tranche was for 1.25m, which 1.2m is raised elsewhere has been recieved.
This is better than the deed of variation that Gesaf would only pay 250k by 28 sept and 3m by 6 Nov.
So do Gesaf still want the balance for 6 Nov as per the deed of variation?
Tee now 950k ahead since GESAF didn't pay - great outcome.
I reckon TEE now in the drivers seat and Gesaf now don't want to miss out, but I think there are other investors (what I heard) already keen on that final tranche - sorry Gesaf you will need to give us something more!

So annual reports being amended and we expect some good looking forward looking statements to accompany the re-listing, followed very shortly by the quarterly.

Delayed yes, but a good outcome with the quarterly and more cash to come for aquisitions now being discussed with other parties.

IMHO we will see a positive open above the close and look to see the recent 2.4cent level over-run.
