Seems so but if you look at the type of announcement from ZYL today which has lifted its SP some 50%, I guess a fixed announcement indicating actual sales of product is preferred over a distribution agreement which is also of benefit and can obviously lead to sales, may in part, explain the luke warm response of the Vietnam announcement by Senetas this morning.
But it is something and they are still in the process of rebuilding the business!
