Please correct me if I am wrong here guys but it seems to me that MFS got 1314m for 65% of stella. 409m cash and CVC take on the debt or am I reading this wrong.
That imples that the 35% stake in stella they retain is worth $460m with a total price for stella of 1774m.
With $409m for stella and 460m for the remaining part of stella plus the 90m they got for the Old folks home plus the 30m they got for the various shares they sold they seem that they will be reasonably cashed up.
Hopefully this is enough to get them to at least $2 on relisting.
