That's true enough unless institutional support arrives - they need Anvil to buy them out at a fair price - either the whole company or this project - as shareholders will suffer never-ending dilution - no finance house is going to give them the money to develop this project in Eritrea - and it seems to be too late for a Toronto listing to do the trick.
The only quick fix is AVM but they might now have to give their money to the DRC govt.
Are they out of options??
