Jackfrost, tell me what small company anywhere is currently developing market opportunities and are flushed with cash. The reality is that any growth phase will always demand substantial spend and low base cash levels. I have owned and run small cap IT and software companies that own IP that requires exploitation and thsi was an ongoing issue with myself and my Boards . These sort of companies will always be looking for funds to meet their growth requirements. It is the easiest thing in the world to be negative and just say, "they have no cash" but the sub text of that is and will be very different.
