try contracting or buying a rig on short lead times...good luck...I'd be more than happy to believe they can't source reliable drilling equipment on spec (CapEx or sub-contract). It's a very demand-heavy market and has been for some time.

Good result, solid groundwork for going forward. RAU back on track with their announcements, as this one is exactly what an explorer/prospective producer should release.
