1. why have they keept this sensitive information out of the anouncement?

2. for something to make 50 mill a year usually would cost 3-5 times the amount paid, or I could be wrong

Isn't the cost for this purchase sensitive enough information?

My thought - they have not release that info so the stock should not drop

Any thoughs?
