Rogues Trade mentioned a lot of conditions but you can't make more conditions after the deal is done! You can't rewrite a contract after it has been signed on.
A deal is a deal. As his post says... let's keep it simple 2.5c+ was the price... it comes in at 20c.
Clear as day as I see it.
To reneg now would be rather sad. I would have had to honour the bet if it had come in at ANY time. It was the next placement/cap raising less or more than 2.5c. His price was less than 2.5. Mine was 2.5c+.
