SophisticatedInvestor - the numbers don't stack up, the grade is too low and the deposit does not have scale of economies to make it work. You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear.
IMO, the project needs the following to get off the ground:
Additional resources that are preferably shallow and oxide in nature to supplement mill feed from the main operation.
I believe this is the current focus of exploration, sobeit at a snails pace.
Additional high-grade resources which could potentially supplement the lower-grade open-pitable ore.
I believe this is the new focus of future exploration as recently announced.
Disclosure: Previous holder, currently monitors progress as part of a study tracking emerging Australian junior gold producers. The success rate to date has been abismal, however in the case of WEZ at least they haven't pushed on with shaky project economics.
