I see things like this:


i still attribute a 5cent value for the options. They have a 5c time and leverage value on their own

So at 0.5c cost and on a 1-2 basis, they are worth 2.5cents-0.5c (cost) = 2 cents

So you BREAK EVEN 2 CENTS LOWER MINIMUM


Options could even trade higher then 5cents.

At 8cents: 8/2-0.5 = 3.5cent value to SH so shares would need to fall to 6 bldy cents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Is it possible for a stock (non Bear Stearns) to fall from 75cents to 6cents?
