The initial resource estimation drill program at the Corachapi Uranium project was completed during late April 2008. At the completion of the program a total of 190 HQ diamond drill holes were completed for a total advance of 10,741.3m (for an average drill hole depth of 56.5m). The drill hole depth was deeper than the 35m average depth planned and budgeted for due to the substantially and consistently thicker mineralisation encountered.
