Police Tactical Operations Group selects Zylotech for rapid deployment cameras
We are very proud to announce that, pegged against US competition, the NSW State
Protection Group – Tactical Operations Unit as well as the Rescue & Bomb Disposal Unit
have selected Zylotech’s wireless TripodCAM™ and IPSmartCAM™ systems to equip
their rapid deployment surveillance, protection and rescue teams. This comes after a
long working relationship and co-operation between Zylotech and the NSW Police on
several remote surveillance applications for these special operations groups.
For security reasons we are unable to be more specific on these applications, the scope
of their surveillance projects or the exact number of these rapid deployment systems.
These monitoring systems allow operatives to effectively monitor and identify ‘targets’,
alert authorities and access remote information from anywhere using Zylotech’s
distributed Smart G Enterprise ProtectionTM network technology.
The selection of Zylotech for these applications is significant because it showcases the
innovative integration of its wireless technology and its video identification capability,
unique to these Smart G Enterprise ProtectionTM systems in the Police and Emergency
services environment. NSW Police has proven to be very influential and this selection is
pivotal in gaining further access to a wide range of land based or maritime surveillance
and protection applications, including oil & gas platforms, environmental monitoring and
critical infrastructure facilities.

Brigades and other Emergency Services for rapid deployment surveillance. The

At the forefront of the NSW police systems, Zylotech has adopted its robust digital wireless
