They will definately opt to the BHP rail access, as it would be further to go to RIO's line, and trying to get a train of their ore out of the RIO Yandi loop would be very difficult. Yandi is very busy and you need a banker train to push it out of their, so their infrastructure and machine costs would be higher than building a loop onto the BHP track.
