my view is that SRK is correct on this one.
Unless strictly stipulated in the relationship deeds of the arrangements, SRK's action to purchase extra stakes from toher shareholders should not impact the validity of current arrangements.
Really depends on the comprehensiveness of the contracts.
I think its short-term pain.
I also think management should sell part of the project for some upfront cash and develop its other assets.
