Sp down but volume pathetic as well so they are buying much if they are.
On the whole issue D&C never actually served papers & as per the announcement
"The alleged judicial precautionary measure (JPM) sought by D&C"
This being so SRK have preimpted the whole issue & are now pressing it with legal action.
But does anyone know if SRK actually had to announce to the market that D&C was causing trouble considering it had no legal papers served.
Have they effectively jumped on a rumor?
If so is that smart on not. Could it have blown over behind the scenes?
If it is an issue they needed to address they have done it in a smart way IMO.
Better to kill it early even if we have to put up with the SP pain.
