I've finally had a chance to catch up on all the news, read all the posts, speak to SRK and think about what is going on. My view is that D@C don't have a case and this matter won't even get to court. I expect D&C to concede in the coming weeks. Just my take on what is going on and the moves made to date. Time will tell.
Get D&C sorted, get the PFS and JORC upgrade out and get started towards production. I for one am happy to hold long term.
