Good move but I don't think D&C will be too intimidated.....Again it all depends on exactly "WHAT" Clause in the AF Agreement was supposedly breached by SRK, funny how they haven't come out and tell us this. I still think something potentially is not right. The Dyers have the contacts on the ground in Peru and at the end of the day, I'd rather them than the so-called high profile Peruvian Lawyers SRK reckon they've got (in typical Sth American fashion mind you).
Overall though, good move by SRK but was always gonna happen.
Start freeing up funds peoples, I reckon SRK is heading to $1.50 in the short term which will present us with some fantastic buying opportunities.
