I think it's positive too and if you look at it from a per share perspective,Balron wants to pay the equivalent of nearly 90c per share for the unprofitable part of Atlas-consider that their previous offer was $1 per share for the whole business.So this must value Atlas at more than $1 per share and even though shareholders don't get any cash in their hands at least the share price should rise
