I would think QTK but I have no idea really. Tyco is huge and QTK a minnow.
QTK has done the work and time will tell. TLS (in past days) used to buy up little companies.
It would have been nice to be told what exactly is the deal worth etc. rather than " its better than expectations" Perhaps they had low expectations.
