Eddy is a very smart man. Not only is he experienced enough to know when he's on a winner (and then buy tens of millions of shares), but he also knows when to do a capitol raising.
I'm betting he knows EXACTLY what the prospects of Warhawk are and when drilling is completed, he will then rattle the tin....
Oh, and it wont be at 5 cents either!
