I am surprised they are maintaining the 16c dividend ,someone obviously values the stock at a minimum value of 7-8 times that amount or they would of used the money to reduce debt.

Will be interesting to see what sort of offer is acceptable ,if we do see an offer .

The only offer I can see it is that it will be privatised again and a return of capital to shareholders on top of the 16c of at least 30-40c will be needed to get a non related party vote approved.

Very interesting to watch it when it re opens ....if it does.
