Annual report and AGM notice just out. This would indicate to me that they were unable to reach agreement on the management rights before the cut off for mailing the AGM guff out had passed. This leaves 2 scenarios. 1 talks are ongoing which will mean the buy back is further delayed which is not ideal for unitholders or price or 2. agreement couldn’t be reached and they will now proceed with buy back, which is good for unitholders.
I still expect we will receive clarification before market opens tomorrow as previously advised.
