Exactly CPG, the terms of Ansteel's funding of GBG's final equity contribution was supposed to have been determined last month. I expected this to have gone through OK- but now it's not clear.

Vague statement re. "funding" without specifying whether it's equity or debt related funding?

If it was debt related then a separate announcement related to the equity funding should have been released on time. Since it hasn't been, it's probably the equity funding that has become an issue.

Hard to see this delay as good news and there is obviously some unsettled issue regarding the debt funding.

A "possible" (ie. guess) is that GBG may be offering Ansteel shares rather than taking on the proposed debt for their equity contribution????
