The facts are :: If the consolidation goes through you will see an immediate drop in SP,
Why ? This company is regarded as a born loser with no trust or faith in its management. No one believes in what they have done in last six months as shown by the SP
Who ever bought the 30mill plus shares is a mystery and why further complicates the matter.
At the AGM it was made blatantly clear they dont give a hoot about honesty or integrity knowing THE ASX WATCH DOG are not interested in such a small company as IMP.
Dont get too carried away with Macquarrie ,they make plenty of blunders backing losers like IMP.
With all the positive activity with companies in USA this company has gone backwoods
Until this company can produce facts clearly showing what they are earning per share from their 180+ active wells the SP will never move unless a bogus announcement is made.
Also please note this company has not released any announcement about the work over of a number of wells.
IT IS ALREADY 2 WEEKS LATE. WHY? I t IS run by totally incompetant people who are not fit to be directors of any company.
IF you had attended the AGM you would have seen how true that was.
