I think you'll find the order is:
1. Swap Options to shares on a 1 for 4 basis.
2. Consolidate ALL shares on a 1 for 10 basis.
Therefore initially there will be an extra 141M shares (or an extra 10% if you like)in exchange for the options and these will become 14.1M shares post consolidation (but still 10%). In theory then current sh's are diluted 9.01%. Yippeee!!! a 9.01% reduction in value simply for holding shares.......
