Some of you guys are letting your obsession with the CM Shanxi project cloud your vision. That project is still on the cards - and there must be reasons, we do not know about, for Shanxi not yet concluding it - but SMA has hardly been sitting on its hands with an 'all eggs in one basket' approach.

Instead, it has been diversifying into a range of other opportunities - the most exciting, to me, of which are the Zhenya JV and the VODone lotteries agreement.

These are both about to go - and both have the potential to be as big as - or bigger - than the CM deal.
