Instead we must accept statements such as
"Smarttran's understands it has now received all approvals necessary..."

SMA appear to be doing everything in their power, certain things are beyond their control and I appreciate they are not over-hyping situation

That is the nature of this end of the market, high risk - high return


As for the percentage, SMA describe it like this

"In addition, SmartTrans negotiated in what is being described as ‘a very lucrative arrangement to receive a percentage based commission on every wager placed through VODone’s V1 application by SmartTrans customers.’"
