Range River Gold Ltd has today made a placement to key investors of up to 75.5 million
fully paid shares at a price of 6.5 cents to raise gross funds of approximately $4.9 million
for capital works and working capital requirements for the further development of the
Indee Gold Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
In compliance with ASX listing rule 7.1, 41.5 million shares raising $2.7 million can be
issued now. The balance will be issued upon obtaining shareholder approval at a
general meeting of the Company to be held during March 2007.
